Adult Gymnastics

Adult Night is open to anyone over 16 years of age, a fun and informal session for adults who want to return to Gymnastics or just want to come along for a fun session. Use of all apparatus including sprung floor area, tumble track, beams, bars, vault, foam pits, floor level trampoline, rings & pommel in a safe and controlled environment. All participants must take part in the warm-up and stretch led by our qualified coaches who will be in attendance throughout the evening to help with technique, advice and support.
